One Off Website Builds

• Due to the custom nature of website builds, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started
• If work has not yet begun, a refund may be considered
• Completed work is non refundable

Subscriptions

• Website care subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, access to services may be paused until payment is resolved.
